We couldn't find it, so we built it. when we built our home we knew we needed storage space. A lot of storage. We had lots of equipment and a 2 car garage didn't cut it.
We were turned down by many builders. We tried the local storage facilities. Not only did they not have what we needed, their insurance didn't provide what we needed.
In April 2017 we started the process. We purchased 5.6 acres of raw land and for 2 years dealt with design and the construction process. On may 14th, 2020 at the beginning of the COVID crisis we opened.
We've been pleasantly surprised that the demand through the pandemic has been favorable and now we are entering our final phase selling our last units.
One of the reasons we've done so well during these trying times is due to having a premium product. We are the ONLY single largest facility in the U.S. with nearly 100k Sq. Ft. of indoor space and the best thing is you can own your unit.
